Project terms

Specific project work is governed by the proposal and statement of work signed at kickoff. Payment is 50% upfront, 50% on delivery unless agreed otherwise. You own the deliverables once paid in full.

Liability

We do our best work, but we don’t accept liability for indirect or consequential losses. Total liability is capped at fees paid for the project in question.
